What is TBCS?

What is Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy?
Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy (BCS) is a gentle, non-invasive treatment that requires no undressing or the use of oils. Its aim is to support the body's inherent health, which has a natural capacity for self-healing and self-regulation.
Health manifests through subtle movements called "tides," perceived in the body's tissues and fluids. These movements, known as the Primary Respiration mechanism, occur at the cellular level and precede pulmonary respiration. Primary Respiration occurs harmoniously throughout the body.
The therapist cooperates with this Primary Breath, allowing it to make the necessary corrections to the system. This helps the nervous system and other related systems (endocrine, circulatory, respiratory, digestive, etc.) to self-regulate and, in due course, correct and align any ailments and dysfunctions within the system. This is achieved through subtle hand contact on specific areas such as the head, sacrum, feet, spine, and diaphragms, along with a space of meditative awareness.
The BCST also increases the individual's awareness of their internal resources, helping them overcome trauma, stress, and illness in daily life.

““I try to restore health. I’m not trying to fix the problem. In this way, I open the doors for the body to do what it needs to do with its own life force.”
