Active Meditation

OSHO Active Meditation

Since childhood, I have been in contact with meditation, as my parents are disciples of Osho and his teachings have been part of my path.

Active meditations have been —and continue to be— an essential tool to connect with my essence, observe the mind, and release the accumulated tension of daily life.

They offer a direct way to return to the body, let go of what is no longer needed, and open a space of presence.

Meditation as a daily practice

In today’s world, it is often difficult to simply stop.

We live surrounded by constant stimulation, tension, and movement.

For this reason, Osho developed active meditations: a way of entering meditation through the body, movement, and emotional release.

Through an initial phase of discharge (catharsis), space is created for inner silence to arise.

Types of meditations

Some of the most well-known practices include:

  • Dynamic Meditation: intense and transformative
  • Kundalini Meditation: softer, ideal at the end of the day
  • Nadabrahma Meditation: gentle and meditative

All of them use specific music that guides each phase of the process.

Why active meditations?

Modern life has changed deeply.

Many traditional techniques no longer adapt to our current reality.

Active meditations allow us to release tension, move beyond the overactive mind, and reconnect with the body and the heart.

From this place, transformation happens naturally.

An invitation

I use these meditations within Biodynamic Craniosacral trainings and meditation intensives.

You can check the calendar to discover upcoming dates.

If you feel called to try, I will be happy to accompany you.

"Modern man is a very new phenomenon. No traditional method can be used because modern man has not existed before. Thus, in a certain way, all traditional methods have become irrelevant."
